Henry started Hoptrail after encountering difficulties in using his own crypto proceeds to purchase a property. Faced with no credible product in the market which could readily demonstrate source of wealth analysis, he set out to solve the issue — first for himself and then for others. Previously, Henry ran the crypto division of a London-based business intelligence firm from 2018 until 2021, focusing on helping onboard crypto HNWIs for private wealth institutions. Prior to that, he spent five years in Mumbai working for an investment bank and another business intelligence firm, where he was primarily engaged on pre-transaction due diligence and litigation support assignments. Henry began his career with an India-focused investment house in London.

Peter has 14 years' experience in software and product development, working on projects for major banks, technology companies, and other financial institutions. Peter is currently leading the build of Hoptrail's platform and is an expert on big data, particularly on Bitcoin and Ethereum analytics. Peter has been active in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space since 2016 and has a particular interest in proof-of-stake protocols. Prior to Hoptrail, he co-founded a crypto-focused development agency, and ran a Bitcoin ATM business. In his spare time Peter hosts crypto meetups and events.

Björn is a seasoned financial industry professional with 29 years of experience in traditional finance and more than five years of expertise in the digital assets space. His career has been spent crafting bespoke solutions for institutions and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals across the globe. Björn has held senior roles with Deutsche Bank, Reuters and Pictet Group. After almost a decade at J.P. Morgan's International Private Bank as their Head of Custody EMEA, Björn began working with companies in the European digital asset sector. In 2024, Björn was nominated as Financial Services Ambassador for the Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC).

With over sixteen years of experience building and leading high-growth cybersecurity businesses across Asia Pacific and Japan, Ollie has established a strong track record in bringing emerging technologies to market. He has successfully launched and scaled several cyber-focused go-to-market strategies, secured lighthouse accounts, and forged strategic partnerships that have driven significant acquisitions. Ollie's career highlights include guiding three cybersecurity start-ups through to acquisition in the region: Prolexic, acquired by Akamai for $400 million in 2014; PhishLine, acquired by Barracuda for $25 million in 2017; and Alsid, acquired by Tenable for $100 million in 2021. At Hoptrail, Ollie is focused on expanding the firm's go-to-market strategy globally, with a focus on private banks, family offices, and wealth managers.
